Initiate Your Request
Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the bamboo items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed and unused items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and maintain our sustainability standards.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
